$1999 (APICS members) includes 13 weeks of comprehensive training, a CSCP Exam review session, the CSCP Learning System, access to internet APICS resources, materials, and practice test questions. Non-members, $2399. Group discounts for companies with 3 or more participants are available. |

Eligibility: CSCP Certification requires that candidates have relevant work experience and education. The exam eligibility application must be submitted and approved before the exam can be taken.

Instructors

Alan R Leigh, CSCP, CPIM, is the president of 3V Consulting, Inc., a business improvement company for Quality, Six Sigma, Supply Chain and Lean. Al, formerly of DuPont, has been active in change leadership for Six Sigma, Quality, Supply Chain and Lean for over 30 years. He is an acknowledged leader in Six Sigma and Quality process implementation. As a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Champion Al is an active member of the Six Sigma and APICS communities. He is a CSCP instructor, an Adjunct Professor with Fox Valley Technical College, a partner with Rutgers University, and a content advisor for APICS CPIM and CSCP.

Janice M. Gullo, CPIM, CSCP is a Lean Supply Chain Black Belt in the Supply Chain Center of Competency Group for the E. I. DuPont Company located in Wilmington, Delaware. Her experience focuses on the improvement of Business Processes using a Lean Six Sigma approach for Manufacturing, Sales and Operations Planning, Supply Chain Management, and Product Development. Janice has a B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She has been a member of APICS since 2005 and is currently serving as Executive Vice-President of the Southern Delaware Valley Chapter.
